1. Can I change my order?
Answer: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve submitted your order.
2. May I request a refund?
Answer: Given the digital and intangible nature of our products, unfortunately all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued for any products once they have been purchased. As soon as a product is accessed or downloaded, the sale is complete.
3. When will my order ship?
Answer: After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and deliver your order to your inbox.
4. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
